悲傷要好好釋放
看到有不快事情,不少人第一時間都會先動怒,但怒氣過後,悲傷就會來襲,有些人更是份外容易被悲傷情緒侵襲。中醫稱之為「善悲」,這類人因為心肺氣虛,易有情緒低落、心悸氣短,晚上睡眠質素也較差,特別容易出現不能自制的悲傷及易哭。假如你也有以上的情況,不如試試以下方法,適度紓緩及好好調節一下情緒吧!請記住,悲傷時總有人在!
1/茶療補肺氣
材料:太子參6克、遠志6克、茯神9克
做法:所有材料洗淨,放入鍋中注入800毫升水,武火煮30分鐘,連藥材倒入保溫瓶即可。此茶可反覆沖泡至味淡。
功效:益氣安神。
2/大哭一場抒發情緒
有時候哭並不代表懦弱,反而是一種抒發的方式,所以當你覺得悲傷想哭時,不要強忍淚水,寧可好好大哭一場!不想家人擔心?就在洗澡時大聲放哭吧。
3/聽音樂好入眠
睡得不好?首先放下手上的電話,讓自己好好沉澱一下,也可播放抒情的音樂,如有淨化心靈作用的spa音樂,都有助放鬆情緒,有助入眠。
4/和身邊人抱一抱
人覺得悲傷時,總會感覺孤單無助,其實想深一層,身邊還有家人、朋友,甚至是志同道合的,其實都站在你的一方,隨時候命。有時候一個簡單的擁抱,已勝千言萬語。
5/毛孩治癒心靈
不想與別人交談?不如選擇跟家中毛孩來個親密時間,面對可愛的動物們,可以讓你放下戎裝及悲傷。帶狗狗出街走走,又或是與貓咪抱抱,都可以撫慰心靈。
