踏入春天,總是覺得渾身不自在,背脊像有千斤重般,人也特別累,怎睡都不夠精神,這就是春天潮濕鬼附身的象徵!入春後天氣開始變得溫暖潮濕,外在環境的濕氣會影響身體狀況,假如你感覺頭腦總是不清醒、懶洋洋的、又有水腫的狀況、胃口也不佳,多是身體有濕了。濕對脾胃的影響最大,因此脾胃相對虛弱的人都會有腸胃不適的症狀,除了上述的胃口差,更會出現胃脹、腹瀉及便溏等症狀。這時候就要好好袪濕一下,以茶療驅走身上的潮濕鬼!
陳皮茯苓扁豆衣茶(一人份)
材料:陳皮1角、茯苓12克、 扁豆衣9克
做法:以約800毫升水,煮 30分鐘即可。連渣倒進保溫瓶,此茶能反覆沖泡至味淡。
功效:健脾袪濕。舒緩疲倦、睡眠不足、四肢重墜及水腫等濕重症狀。

As we enter spring, you may find yourself just feeling off with a lot of weight on your back and especially tired. You’re still tired no matter how much you sleep, and these are typical symptoms of spring dampness affecting your body! The weather is warming up and becoming more humid and the external dampness can affect your body condition. If you feel like you are not awake all the time, feeling lazy with bloating and poor appetite, this is most likely dampness in body. Dampness really affects the spleen and stomach, so those with asthenic weak spleen and stomach will have symptoms of stomach discomfort. Aside from poor appetite, there may also be abdominal bloating, diarrhea and loose stool. This would be the time to dispel dampness!
Hyacinth Bean Coat Tea with Dried Citrus Peel and Poria
Ingredients: 1 dried citrus peel, 12g poria, 9g hyacinth bean coat
Preparation: Cook with 800ml of water for 30 minutes. Pour all content into a thermos and rebrew tea until its flavor weakens.
Effects: Strengthens spleen and dispels dampness. Alleviates dampness related symptoms such as fatigue, lack of sleep, heavy limbs and bloating.
