【健康是⋯⋯大笑10聲】

人天生會笑,但工作忙碌,每天睜大眼就迫車上班趕無限條死線,終於捱到收工已身心疲累,笑彷彿變成了奢侈品。不要忘記讓自己笑,中醫有個理論叫「常笑宣肺」,意思是大笑能使肺擴張,在笑的時候我們會不自覺地深呼吸,讓更多氧氣進入身體,血液將氧氣帶到身體各部份,是有益身心健康的動作。
今日起,記得每天讓自己笑一下。

Humans know how to laugh naturally, but when work gets busy and feel never ending, you may get so tired that even laughing feels like a luxury. It is important to laugh as Chinese medicine says laughing helps your lungs expand. People naturally have deep breaths when they laugh as well bringing in more oxygen into the body, then blood circulation brings the additional oxygen throughout the body. Laughing is healthy for the body and mind so remind yourself to laugh daily.
