#節氣煮煮Cin
立冬養生重點:「養陰護陽,益腎養精」
栗子:養脾健胃,補腎壯腰,強筋骨
燕麥奶:補脾益氣,潤腸通便
栗子燕麥奶露
材料:栗子200克、水約200毫升、燕麥奶200毫升/燕麥米水1包、冰糖適量
做法:
1. 栗子去殼去衣,蒸熟備用。
2. 攪拌機內加入栗子和水,打成栗子漿。
3. 栗子漿倒入鍋中,加入燕麥奶或燕麥米水及冰糖,間中攪拌均勻,煮至冰糖溶化即成。

Chestnut: Nourishes the spleen and strengthens the stomach. Replenishes the kidneys and strengthens muscles.
Oat milk: Strengthens the spleen and nourishes qi. Relieves constipation.
Chestnut sweet soup with oat milk
Ingredients: 200g Chestnut, 200ml Water, 200ml Oat Milk / 1 Paper Pack Oats Rice Water, Rock Sugar
Preparation:
1. Peel the shell and thin layer under of the chestnuts. Steam until cooked.
2. Combine cooked chestnuts with water in a blender, blend until smooth.
3. Combine chestnut paste with oat milk or 1 paper pack oats rice water and rock sugar to taste. Stir until rock sugar dissolved.
