平日工作學業再忙,能夠喝一碗媽媽煲的湯水滋潤一下,心頭頓覺溫暖,那麼辛勞的媽媽又有誰去慰勞呢?趁母親節就來個角色調換,由你煲一鍋靚湯孝敬母親大人吧!如果不清楚母親的體質,建議選擇屬性較平和的材料來煲湯,例如屬性平和的蟲草花,適合各種體質人士,有補肺腎、益虛損的功效,更可潤肌護膚及抗衰老。配搭有補中益氣、潤肺止咳功效的百合,以及能養脾健胃、補腎、強筋骨的栗子,媽媽喝到這碗湯不但補肺益腎,更會心頭一暖。
補肺益腎湯水小貼士:
適當地添加補肺益腎功效的食材如冬蟲夏草、姬松茸、核桃等。
蟲草花百合栗子素湯
功效:補肺益腎,增強體質,紓緩容易咳嗽、記憶力差等症狀。
材料:蟲草花30克、蓮藕1-2根(約3節)、新鮮蓮子80克、百合20克、栗子80克、南杏20克、無花果4枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,蓮藕去皮切片備用。
2. 鍋中加入2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮2小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

This soup can help mom to nourish the lungs and kidney and also warm her heart.
Tips for soup to nourish the lungs and kidney:
Appropriately add in ingredients such as cordyceps, blaze mushroom, walnut.
Cordyceps flower soup with lily bulb and chestnut

Ingredients: 30g cordyceps flowers, 1-2 lotus roots, 80g fresh lotus seeds, 20g lily bulb, 80g chestnut, 20g almond, 4 figs
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients. Peel and cut lotus roots into slices.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add salt to taste.
